Shipping policy

Catnip Collective is in a soft launch phase and currently ships throughout the United States from our warehouse in Los Angeles, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii. We plan to roll out to these states shortly, as well as to Canada.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150, and a $10 flat shipping rate on orders under that amount. Standard shipping normally takes 4-6 business days.

We offer express shipping as an additional option on all items excluding cat trees, cat scratchers, and pet strollers. Express shipping normally takes 2-4 business days.
